Official weigh in day and I lost 2.3kg this week — 5lbs for anyone using pounds. I’m really happy about that given everything that happened this week.

I filmed and uploaded my second vlog today. Still as daunting as it sounds but it needs to be done. If I want to grow my online presence I actually need to show up.

I still haven’t worked my way up to exercise yet and that’s okay. I know I’ll never be its biggest fan — but I am moving more. Writing a todo list and ticking things off means chores that used to wait until they absolutely had to get done are actually happening.

Diet has gone well and I’m grateful for that. Just need to finish my second litre of water and I’m done for the day! 💙
