I had a cheat meal this evening and my stomach is seriously regretting my life choices. I was 0.15kg away from being 10kg down too — but the scales tomorrow will tell the full story.

The silver lining is I’ve learned something useful — when switching back to normal food, lighter meals first. This will really help when I head on holiday.

In other news my PC or monitor seems to have given up, which means my daily blog, story writing and spreadsheet work might be disrupted for up to 10 days. I’ll see what the laptop can manage for writing at least.

Other than that today was actually a good day. Erika has a tidy room, the laundry is sorted for tomorrow, and who knows — maybe 10 days away from the PC will help me discover some new habits worth keeping.
